ad-Din Mahmud ibn 'Imad ad-Din Zangi was a member of the Zengid dynasty
which governed Syria at the time of the Seljuk Empire. He has been
described as a chivalrous, just and generous ruler, who was not only
pious but also a fearless warrior. He was involved in fighting the
Crusaders and helped create the conditions that would later enable
Salahuddeen to liberate Palestine. Come and learn more about the life
of this exemplary leader. The event is open to all brothers and
sisters. Segregated facilities available.
