Wadi 'ah.(Trusts Deposited for Safekeeping)


994. 'Amra bin Shu'aib narrated on the authority of his father on the authority of his grandfather radiyallahu anhu that the Messenger of Allah Sallalahu aleihi wa said. "If anyone is given an article as a trust, be does not have to pay for its loss or destruction (unless he misuses it)."Relatcd by Ibn Majah with a weak chain of narrators.
