O Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ the Coronavirus is spreading and it is a wake up call. Our most beloved places of worship the Harams of Makkah and Al-Madinah, which were packed with worshipers and now deserted except a few people are seen for a few hours during the day and night.
O Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ let's help one another in goodness and piety and not help one another in sin and aggression. Let's hold onto Allah's Rope together. We need to change our lives and live according to the teaching of the Qur'an and Sunnah. We have to shun all evil then Allah's Mercy and Protection will descend upon us.
Immoral and haram activities are spreading in our midst at an alarming rate; they thrive because we support it, we love this Dunya, we love sinning and take pride in our disobedience to Allah, Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. If we don't support these evil activities, then they will have no alternative but to end and disappear from our societies. Both Goodness and evil are in our hands. Allah, Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, states in the Qur'an: "And whatever affliction befalls you, it is on account of what your hands have earned, and He pardons most (of your faults)". We need to make the correct choice. The choice to repent and return to Allah, Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, and His Jannah or continue sinning and enter His Jahannam. YES THE CHOICE IS OURS.
Ya Allah, Ya Rabb, Ya Ghafur, Ya Malik forgive us our shortcomings and weaknesses. Ya Allah, You change hearts, so keep our hearts firmly on Your Religion. Ya Allah, we hope for Your Mercy, do not leave us to our own devices for even the blinking of an eye. Ya Allah, just as you made the Virus appear, remove it, restore peace and tranquility in our lives and enable us to resume visiting Your Blessed House and the Honored Masjid of our Prophet ﷺ There is no deity worthy of worship except You. Ya Allah, forgive us and keep our feet firmly on the Straight Path that leads to You and Jannatul Firdaus Ameen.
