After the Eid Prayer is the correct answer.


Narrated by 'Abdullah bin Umar (Radhi Allahu Anhuma): Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) used to offer the prayer of 'Id-ul-Adha and 'Id-ul-Fitr and then deliver the Khutbah after the prayer. (Al-Bukhari)
