Now the Answers

# 1 Al-Madinah is the correct answer.

The Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) was only permitted to fight the disbelievers after the Hijrah to Al-Madinah. The first battle, the Battle of Badr was fought in Ramadan of the 2nd year Hijrah.
