Ahkaam - الاَ حكام "legal status" According to Islamic law, there are five kinds of ahkaam:
1. Compulsory (Waajib)
2. Desirable but not compulsory (Mustahabb)
3. Forbidden (Muharram)
4. Disliked but not forbidden (Makruh)
5. Lawful and allowed (Halaal)
