Bait-ul-Maqdis - Lit. the House of the Holy. (Jerusalem) This refers to Masjid Al-Aqsa. Bait lit. “House” a Masjid (mosque) is frequently called Baitullah (the House of Allah)

Bait-ul-Maqdis refers to the famous Masjid in Jerusalem and is regarded as the third sacred Masjid in Islam; the first and second being the Al-Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah and the Prophet’s (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) Masjid in Al-Madinah.
